Refund Policy
Students enrolled in a CyberGuardian course may request and receive a refund. This policy aims to provide clarity and transparency, ensuring that students understand their rights and responsibilities while maintaining the integrity of our program. By establishing these guidelines, we strive to create a fair and consistent process for handling refund requests, supporting both our students’ needs and the sustainability of our educational offerings.
At CyberGuardian, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to offer a fair refund policy for our students.
Refund Eligibility
- Students are eligible for a full refund of the course tuition if a refund request is made before the end of the third day of the course.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@cyberguardian.courses with the subject line "Refund Request."
Nonrefundable Policy
- After the third day of the course, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our program and the commitment of our students.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Exceptions
- In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, students may contact us to discuss their situation. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cyberguardian Terms of Service (ToS)

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Cyberguardian online bootcamp (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to enroll in our bootcamp.
User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
Use of Service

Payment and Refund Policy
- All fees for the bootcamp are due prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed upon.

- All content provided in the bootcamp, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and code, is the property of Cyberguardian and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberguardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
Modifications to Service and Terms
