What I felt was very helpful was that instructor Thomas Mitchell was very helpful in explaining the process and how specific terms work in detail, as well as going through the labs with the students also helps in explaining the lessons at the end of each part from the lessons.

The professors were knowledgeable and gave good examples of the topics we discussed. They also asked me questions to keep me engaged and to see if I was grasping the material. The labs helped as well and they took their time to explain what was happening and what the commands did. They are open to questions and does seem they want their students to succeed. The instructor was very good and knowledgeable. The course was a bit of a time crunch so it was a lot of information covered each day, with not much time during the lectures to ask follow up questions. However, he was very kind and patient enough to wait for the class to catch up during labs and to address students with hands raised. He has also allowed the course materials and learning platforms to be available to us for a year after the course ends.
